2026 Agenda

Transformation, Innovation and Differentiation

Across Europe, and particularly the Benelux region, 2026 is a time when organisations are looking to use technology to transform their operations, innovate in product development and services and differentiate themselves from their competitors.

Thus, the Managed Services Summit Benelux 2026 will focus on how MSPs can help their customers achieve these three imperatives whilst at the same time ensuring they are able to provide these clients with the best-in-class security, cloud and collaboration services.

The Summit will address these highly critical issues in depth alongside discussing the development of remote and hybrid working, data privacy and compliance, and sustainable and green IT services.

In particular, this year's Summit will address issues within the MSPs own organisation such as Talent Management and Skill Development, building a first-class services environment and creating an innovative Cybersecurity practice.

Be stimulated, energised and inspired.

Security at Scale: Why Growth Exposes the Gaps in MSP Delivery

Presented by Jack Duff - Huntress

As client expectations rise and cyber threats become harder to manage, many MSPs are finding that growth exposes weaknesses in how security is actually delivered. Drawing on Huntress’ experience helping MSPs strengthen protection with expert-led managed security and 24/7 SOC support, this session explores why security services become harder to scale as environments, alerts, and compliance demands increase. Attendees will gain a practical perspective on reducing operational drag, improving resilience, and building a security delivery model that scales with the business, not the chaos.

Vulnerabilities and Patching: Achieving Security and Stability in the Age of AI

Presented by Joey Pezaro - NinjaOne

Advanced AI models such as Claude Mythos are fundamentally changing the rules of vulnerability and patch management. The remediation window organizations rely on is collapsing and it will shrink further as AI accelerates both vulnerability discovery and exploit development. Meanwhile, cybersecurity and IT operations teams are already stretched thin, making the need for smarter, more autonomous approaches more urgent than ever. Continuous, real-time assessment and remediation without endpoint disruption is becoming the new baseline. Closing the gap between IT Operations and Security by replacing siloed handoffs with a unified, autonomous approach is what turns faster patching into real risk reduction, without compromising system stability.

Monitor 100 Clients, Not 100 Dashboards

Presented by Jonas Dieterle - Checkmk GmbH

Every new client means another environment to learn, another dashboard to check, another set of thresholds to tune. At scale, your engineers spend more time configuring monitoring than responding to what it finds. This session covers how MSPs can build a monitoring practice that flexes across on-prem, cloud, hybrid, and network environments without forcing every client into the same box. We'll walk through auto-discovery, rule-based configuration, and hierarchical structuring that shrink client onboarding from days to hours – and how to design alerting, tenancy, and client-facing visibility so the whole thing stays maintainable at 50 or 100 accounts. Walk away with a practical framework for monitoring that scales with your business without proportionally scaling your headcount.

Europe's €100B Sovereignty Opportunity: How to Turn this Inflection Moment Into Your Growth Engine

Presented by Satnam Johal - Platform9

Broadcom's acquisition didn't just disrupt pricing. It exposed what every EMEA Service Provider already knew. With the March 2027 deadline looming, SPs who treat this as a migration project will solve a problem. Those who treat it as a platform decision to build genuine data sovereignty and AI readiness will build a business. This session explores how to make that shift without disrupting your engineers, your customers, or your margins. It examines the architectural principles that prevent the next platform from becoming the next VMware, and the SP playbook for new revenue lines. Same operations, same workflows, same skills, while opening the door to sovereignty and private AI on day 180. Familiar today. Future-ready tomorrow. Your Cloud. Your Rules.

From Endpoint to Ecosystem: Why MSPs Are Leaving Their Biggest Revenue Stream on the Table

Presented by Jacky Polak - TrendAI

Security used to be a product. Today, it's a practice and for MSPs willing to look beyond the endpoint, it's the single largest untapped revenue opportunity in the portfolio. In this session, we'll examine how the threat landscape has fundamentally shifted the security conversation from tools to outcomes, and what that means for how MSPs design, price, and deliver services. We'll explore how forward-thinking MSPs are building layered, adjacent security services that command significantly higher margins than traditional managed security offerings and what the structural barriers are that hold most providers back. Whether you're just beginning your security practice or looking to scale it, this session offers a practical lens on how to position your business for the next phase of growth in the managed services market.
