2026 Agenda

Transformation, Innovation and Differentiation

Across Europe, and particularly the Benelux region, 2026 is a time when organisations are looking to use technology to transform their operations, innovate in product development and services and differentiate themselves from their competitors.

Thus, the Managed Services Summit Benelux 2026 will focus on how MSPs can help their customers achieve these three imperatives whilst at the same time ensuring they are able to provide these clients with the best-in-class security, cloud and collaboration services.

The Summit will address these highly critical issues in depth alongside discussing the development of remote and hybrid working, data privacy and compliance, and sustainable and green IT services.

In particular, this year's Summit will address issues within the MSPs own organisation such as Talent Management and Skill Development, building a first-class services environment and creating an innovative Cybersecurity practice.

Be stimulated, energised and inspired.

Turning security demand into profit: automating protection for MSP success*

Presented by Name to be advised - Hornetsecurity

Security demand is growing faster than MSP margins, as customers expect reliable protection across email, cloud and hybrid environments without absorbing the operational complexity. The session explores how MSPs can turn that pressure into advantage by using automation and layered threat intelligence to simplify security operations and reduce manual effort. Rather than managing tools in isolation, it focuses on embedding protection into repeatable processes that scale. Attendees will walk away with practical frameworks for building efficient security delivery models that strengthen service consistency, create differentiation in competitive markets and unlock new revenue opportunities - all without increasing headcount.

The Benelux MSP Market – Navigating Regional Growth Opportunities

Panel includes Huntress, Hornetsecurity, ManageEngine, and NinjaOne

The managed services market across the Benelux region continues to grow as organisations seek trusted partners to support digital transformation and cybersecurity resilience. However, the region also presents a diverse and competitive landscape where MSPs must differentiate themselves to succeed. This opening panel explores the current state of the MSP market across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Panellists will examine how customer expectations are evolving and what services are seeing the greatest demand. Key challenges include addressing complex security threats, navigating regulatory requirements and managing increasing vendor ecosystems. At the same time, MSPs have significant opportunities to expand their role as strategic advisors to customers adopting cloud and digital transformation initiatives. The panel will explore how MSPs can improve sales strategies, strengthen marketing approaches and deliver services that clearly demonstrate business value. For attendees, the session will provide practical insight into how successful providers are positioning themselves within the Benelux market and what strategies can help MSPs grow revenue and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

From alert overload to clear visibility: smarter monitoring for MSPs*

Presented by Jonas Dieterle - Checkmk GmbH

Customer environments now span hybrid cloud, on-prem and edge infrastructure. As those environments expand, so do the number of devices, the volume of data and the volume of alerts. Often there are simply too many to manage effectively. This session looks at how unified monitoring and smarter alerting can cut through the noise. It focuses on reducing unnecessary alerts, improving response times and giving MSP teams clearer visibility over growing estates. Instead of adding more tools or more complexity, the discussion explores practical ways to consolidate monitoring, simplify workflows and strengthen operational control so service delivery becomes more reliable and easier to scale.

How VMware environments are evolving with cloud-native infrastructure*

Presented by Satnam Johal - Platform9

As organisations reassess VMware-based environments, many are exploring how to reduce complexity and better support cloud-native workloads. This session examines practical approaches to modernisation in hybrid and on-prem environments without large-scale disruption. The session will explore how Kubernetes is being used as a standard layer across infrastructure to improve consistency, enable automation, and support self-service operations. Attendees will gain a clear view of the trade-offs involved in evolving beyond traditional virtualisation, and the key patterns MSPs and enterprises are using to build more standardised, cloud-ready infrastructure platforms.

Flip the script!

Presented by Karl Meesters

His keynotes explore resilience, growth, and how we deal with limitations — both real and perceived — always with a touch of humour. He invites you to flip the script on how we think about challenges. What if our biggest limitations — real or perceived — were not obstacles, but the starting point for unexpected growth — a path to opportunities we never saw coming?
