As Vice President of Business Development EMEA, Greg Jones is responsible for expanding and driving the success of Kaseya’s partner programme and unique managed service provider (MSP) ecosystem across the EMEA region. With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Greg is a leadership expert who challenges MSPs to think outside the box and question the status quo about what can be achieved with the right technology and business processes. Partners and customers love his pragmatic and practical strategies that can be easily implemented to lead to big business results. Prior to joining Datto in October 2019, Greg was Chief Technology Officer for an MSP in the Northwest of England. He has been recognised by CRN as one of the most impactful and well-respected channel leaders, winning the accolade of Regional Channel Chief 2024. In 2023, Channel Futures named Greg as a top Channel Influencer and Channel Leader for his dedication to the MSP community. He also won Cyber Security Leader of the Year at the IT Europa Channel Awards, the CompTIA UK&I Community Leadership Spotlight Award and the SDC Channel Champion Award – as well as being Highly Commended for Partner of the Year at the Network Group Awards. Greg’s passions extend to the greater MSP community where he serves as Executive Council Leader for CompTIA, as well as acting as an advisor for their Advancing Women in Technology board. He is also a leader of Datto’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. As a media spokesperson for Kaseya and technology industry expert, Greg can discuss a range of topics affecting the MSP industry and their customers, including automation, machine learning, Generative AI and new business processes.
Jozef Kacala is the Vice President of Sales Engineers at GFI Software, where he leads the technical sales strategy and drives customer-focused solutions. Based in Slovakia, Jozef leverages his deep expertise in cybersecurity and MSP solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and digital security. Outside of work, Jozef enjoys science fiction, music, and directing sports events, showcasing his dynamic and creative spirit.
Matt is a seasoned channel professional with over 15 years experience in building and managing the channel for cybersecurity companies such as Kaspersky, Ipswitch and Netwrix. As part of BlackFog’s leadership team, Matt leverages his knowledge of the channel and strong interpersonal skills to develop and implement the company’s EMEA partner program.
Sam is the Vice President of Sales for ConnectWise in the EMEA region. With a strong emphasis on understanding the pain points, strategies, and needs of MSPs in the region, Sam leads the team with expertise gained from over 11 years of working with TSPs. Known as a sales mythologist, Sam possesses extensive Go-to-market knowledge. Contributing to the success of the community is a priority for Sam, who aims to enable TSPs and the community to achieve business transformation.
